For you

What can you bring to coaching?

You can come with a situation that has been on your mind, but you haven’t had the space to stop and think it through calmly.

Your situation might involve, among other things:

  • changing jobs or roles,
  • new responsibilities and greater accountability,
  • stress and feeling overwhelmed,
  • difficulty setting boundaries,
  • speaking up and expressing your views,
  • decisions about your future development,
  • returning to work after a longer break,
  • a feeling that something needs to change, but you’re not yet sure what.

You don’t need to fit your situation into any of these categories. If something is on your mind, we can simply talk about it.

How does coaching work?

We talk about what brings you to coaching and what you need. It is also an opportunity to see whether coaching is the right form of support for you.

Sessions take place online and last 50–60 minutes. You don’t need to prepare for them in advance.

This is time to put into practice something we discussed and reflect on what has changed. Sometimes I may also suggest a short exercise if it could help you take the next step.

We can meet once or work together over several sessions, depending on your situation and what you want to work on.

After the initial conversation, you decide whether you want to continue and what you would like our work together to look like.

Coaching for introverts

If you need more time to think things through, feel more comfortable after carefully considering a situation, or find it difficult to navigate a very fast-paced work environment, coaching can help you find your own way of working.

We can explore topics such as speaking up in meetings, expressing your views, building confidence and navigating situations that require a quick response.

It’s not about becoming someone else. It’s about finding your own way of moving forward.

Wondering whether coaching could help?

Get in touch and tell me briefly what you’re dealing with. During the initial conversation, we can explore whether coaching is the right form of support for you.

The initial conversation is free of charge and comes with no obligation.

LET’S TALK.
