The desire to work on yourself, to finally pursue plans you’ve been putting off, an important decision, a new role, a team going through change, too many responsibilities, changes in your life, growing stress…

Sometimes you know you want to change something, but you’re not yet sure what.

Taking a moment to pause can help you organise your thoughts, look at the situation from a different perspective and decide what to do next.

That’s where I can help — through coaching.

I work with individuals and with organisations: wherever development, change or greater responsibility requires more than another training session. For organisations

What can you expect when working with me?

  1. You talk

We start with what is happening right now. You have space to talk calmly about what is on your mind, what feels difficult and what you need.

  2. We explore

We look at your situation together. We organise your thoughts, explore different perspectives and consider what options are available to you.

  3. You decide

I don’t give you ready-made answers. I help you find a solution that fits you and your situation. You decide what you want to do next.

When working with organisations, we start with a conversation about the organisation’s situation and needs, and then identify the most appropriate form of support together: coaching, workshops or development programmes. For organisations

It’s not about becoming someone else. It’s about finding your own way of moving forward.

When can coaching help?

If you feel that something needs to change, but it’s difficult to organise your thoughts, make a decision or take the first step.

You can come with a topic such as:

  • an important decision or change,
  • a new role or a new stage in your career,
  • too many responsibilities and feeling overwhelmed,
  • difficulty communicating your needs or ideas,
  • wanting to change the way you work or patterns you keep falling back into,
  • a goal or plan you keep putting off,
  • stress that is becoming increasingly present in your life.

But you don’t need to know exactly what you need. It’s enough to feel that you want to understand, organise or change something.

Coaching doesn’t give you ready-made answers. It helps you look at your situation from different perspectives, find your own way of moving forward and decide what to do next.
